Atta Noodles (leftover chapatis :P )

Hey all,

It’s been a long time since I have added new recipe! Juggling between too many things at home and work 😏😣πŸ˜₯😝!!

Anyway..to the point…ever wondered what to do with extra chapatis that is leftover?πŸ˜€ Usually that stays in fridge for few days and then goes to trash. But no, there’s a quick (delicious too) method to use it.

Here is the healthy solution…so gather leftover chapatis( not the spoilt ones..πŸ˜‚) and start right here!

It’s all about the sauces…Soy, Schezwen , Red chilli, Green chilli , Vinegar ..

Serves:

Two people

It depends on the left over chapatis tooπŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Secret ingredient required:

Sauces:

1tsp – Soy, Schezwen, Red chilli, Green chilli, Vinegar, Tomato

Veggies- sliced long:

1 capsicum, 1 carrot, 100g cabbage, 2 green chillies, 1 onion, minced ginger garlic,

And some chapatis (Obviously)

Precooking measures:

Cut all the veggies and Chapati long thin stripes like Noodles.

Steps:

1) Heat oil flame and saute smoke the minced ginger garlic cubes and saute

2) Add veggies plus Hing

3) And now… the sauces:

1tsp – Soy, Schezwen, Red chilli, Green chilli, Vinegar, Tomato

4) Add the chapati and saute in high flame and smoke like noodles procedure.

Ready……

Try it out with:

With raitha/ tomato sauce/ Manchurian gravy

This is actually kids menu and they’ll love it( Husbands too πŸ˜‹) . You’d actually get a Chinese style flavour because of the sauces!
